A MINDFUL SOCIETY CONFERENCE

I presented at the A Mindful Society conference in Toronto on Sunday, May 27, 2018. (Click on the agenda for Sunday/Posters.) The topic was Grassroots Mindfulness Initiative at City of Toronto - a mindfulness network I initiated and facilitated for a few years while I worked at the City. I talked about how to create and sustain interest in mindfulness at your workplace.

SHINZEN YOUNG'S LIFE PRACTICE PROGRAM

I was a guest on Shinzen Young's Life Practice Program on July 11, 2018. We talked about using mindfulness to help with addiction recovery, specifically focusing on sleeplessness and feelings of sadness that come up while lying awake at night.
