SHINZEN YOUNG'S LIFE PRACTICE PROGRAM

I was a guest on Shinzen Young's Life Practice Program on July 11, 2018. We talked about using mindfulness to help with addiction recovery, specifically focusing on sleeplessness and feelings of sadness that come up while lying awake at night. You can subscribe to the Life Practice Program to support Shinzen's work and to hear the recording.
